Hi, I'm Lori.
I’m a mom of eight, grandmother, and wellness coach. My journey towards better health was started by this one statement, shared by my sister-in-law, Leigh. She said,
“How we treat ourselves now will determine the last decade of our lives.”

I was doing exactly nothing at the time.

My specialty: I love to help women, especially busy women dealing with hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s, burn fat, increase energy levels, and find confidence again!
Why am I so keyed in on hypothyroidism? Well, in 2000, after my fourth child was born, I was diagnosed with low thyroid. I was told to take meds and that was that.
In 2018 I was told that I actually have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.
That sounds sort of exotic, but it is actually the most common auto immune disease (according to Dr. Isabel Wentz). I also learned that it is a progressive auto immune disease, so if I didn’t get it under control, I would suffer the consequence in my body. Since then, I have worked hard on my health.
I love how I feel every single day—I became a certified health and wellness coach to help women (especially those with thyroid issues) gain their health and vitality back through diet and exercise.
