A Little About Me

Hi, I'm Lori Doerneman—a Catholic mom of eight, grandmother, wellness coach, and someone passionate about helping Christian women over 40 reclaim their health through whole-food nutrition, strength training, and faith.

Several years ago, one simple sentence changed the course of my life: How we care for our bodies today shapes the health of our last decade.

That realization led me to make my own midlife edit, and now I help other women do the same.
